Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Temporary Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations for a short‑term assignment. This role involves general administrative duties and is ideal for someone with at least one year of office or administrative experience who can contribute immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Perform filing, scanning, and document organization
- Maintain records and assist with basic data entry
- Support office staff with general clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of administrative or office experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
