Sales Role

 

Location: Bend, OR

Pay: $20 per hour

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Needs Availability from 7:30am-5:30pm

 

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Sales Support

• Anticipate and understand customer needs, offering knowledgeable guidance on appropriate products and services.

• Assist customers throughout the product selection process, clearly articulating features, benefits, and differences between product lines.

• Confidently lead customers through the design process, ensuring they feel supported and informed at every step.

• Maintain a calm, professional demeanor during high‑volume periods or unusual situations.

• Act with integrity and honesty in all customer interactions.

Showroom & Presentation

• Ensure the showroom, sampling areas, and decision‑making spaces remain clean, organized, and visually appealing.

• Support product presentation standards that enhance the customer experience.

Project Coordination

• Oversee and manage the installation process for each project, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers regarding timelines, expectations, and project updates.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in internal sales or customer‑facing roles.

• Ability to understand, communicate, and articulate technical product information to customers daily.

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

• Retail experience is a plus.

• Confident, professional communication style with the ability to guide customers through design decisions.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism during busy or challenging moments.
