✨ Residential Cleaner – Central Oregon (Flexible Schedule)
Pay: $25/hour
Schedule: Flexible, Monday–Sunday, between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Central Oregon
Position Type: Independent, field-based role

We are seeking a dependable, professional, and detail‑oriented Residential Cleaner with strong experience in home cleaning environments. This role is ideal for someone who works well independently, maintains high-quality standards, and communicates clearly while representing the company in customer homes.

- ⭐ Physically capable of performing cleaning tasks (standing, bending, lifting, etc.)
- ⭐ Must have reliable transportation
- ⭐ Preferably female due to industry optics and customer comfort considerations
🧽 Experience & Work Background (Critical)
Candidates must have a strong background in residential cleaning.
- ✔️ Prior residential cleaning experience strongly preferred (not entry‑level)
- ✔️ Experience should be primarily in homes, not hotels, motels, or industrial/commercial janitorial
- ✔️ Ability to complete tasks to a high standard without supervision
- ✔️ Efficient within time‑based job expectations
- ✔️ Familiarity with full residential cleaning scopes:
- Kitchens
- Bathrooms
- Dusting
- Floors
- General detailing
- ✔️ Proven track record of consistent, high‑quality results
📱 Communication & Technology
- ✔️ Clear communication in English (verbal & written)
- ✔️ Comfortable using a mobile app for schedules, job details, and checklists
🧰 Supplies & Equipment (Required)
Workers must provide and maintain their own equipment and supplies.
