🔧 Gate Installation Technician
📍 Location: Bend, Oregon
🕒 Schedule: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
💵 Pay: $25/hr
✨ Position Summary
To aid and assist automated entry system installation, production, and efficiency by increasing organization and promoting high levels of productive behavior. This role supports a program designed to gradually progress toward greater refinement at all production levels.
📌 Performance Responsibilities
- 🔩 Small Part Organization — nuts, bolts, wiring, hand tools, etc.
- 🛠 Gate Maintenance Techniques — multiple operator and equipment types.
- 📦 Job Part & Piece Organization — job‑specific materials and components.
- 🧹 Cleaning & Organization — work vehicle and job area (sweeping, part placement).
- 💪 Manual Labor — digging holes, mixing concrete, gate placement, operator placement.
- 🔌 Low Voltage Wiring — communication wiring and connections.
- 🚚 Hauling Equipment — operation of 1/2‑ton & 1‑ton vehicles with trailers.
- 📥 Loading & Unloading — materials transported to and from job sites.
🎯 Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to move, stand, and perform physical tasks for the majority of the shift.
- Experience with hand and power tools, shovels, concrete mixers, and low‑voltage wiring tools.
Preferred Skills
- 🔧 Hand Tool Use — wrenches, cordless tools, air tools, wiring tools, meter, jacks.
- 🚜 Forklift Operation — preferred but not required.
- 🚗 Company Vehicle Operation — required.
- ✔️ Additional Considerations — company may consider alternatives to listed qualifications.
