A well-established, Bend team is seeking an experienced HR Specialist.  

What You Get to Do! 
The HR Specialist is responsible for a broad range of human resources functions supporting the employee lifecycle and overall HR operations. Core responsibilities include benefits administration, talent acquisition, payroll support, employee recordkeeping, and serving as a reliable point of contact for employee inquiries. This individual must be organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism while contributing to continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
•    Lead recruiting, onboarding, and employee orientation processes
•    Administer employee benefits and process enrollment changes
•    Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
•    Assist with payroll-related updates and reporting
•    Coordinate background checks, DMV checks, E-Verify, and drug screening programs
•    Respond to employee questions and employment verification requests
•    Support compliance with company policies and employment regulations
•    Help improve HR processes and maintain organized systems

What You Will Bring…
•    4+ years of administrative experience required, including at least 2 years in an HR role
•    PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
•    Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred
•    Valid Oregon driver's license required; must be insurable under company carrier
•    Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to consistently meet deadlines
•    Reliable attendance, punctuality, and professional follow-through
•    Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
•    Strong communication, employee service, and interpersonal skills
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general math skills required
•    Familiarity with HRIS platforms, payroll systems, and benefits administration software preferred
•    Experience with Trimble Viewpoint Spectrum or similar construction ERP software is a plus
•    Knowledge of employment law and benefits administration preferred
