Installing Manager (Stone/Countertop Installation)
Pay: $18–$25 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time
Location: Bend, Oregon

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and support installation crews on residential and commercial projects
- Oversee the installation of stone countertops (granite, quartz, and more)
- Plan the day, assign tasks, and keep projects moving forward
- Ensure every install meets high quality and customer satisfaction standards
- Train and mentor team members (lead by example!)
- Problem-solve on the fly when challenges arise
- Keep job sites safe, clean, and organized
- Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles
✅ What You Bring
- Experience in installation, construction, or a similar hands-on trade
- Proven leadership skills or readiness to step into a leadership role
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stay active on the job
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Dependable, organized, and team-focused
