Outside Sales Lead
Location: Bend, Oregon
Pay: $26.44 per hour
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday; 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview
If you’re a confident sales lead with strong door‑to‑door experience and a drive to help expand residential fiber‑internet service across Central Oregon, this role gives you the chance to lead from the field and make a measurable impact. You’ll spend most of your day in the field conducting door‑to‑door outreach, connecting with homeowners, and guiding them through their service options.
Beyond driving your own sales results, you’ll support the team through field coaching, informal training, and sharing effective techniques that strengthen overall performance. Key Responsibilities
- Generate new residential customers through door‑to‑door prospecting and assigned leads
- Clearly communicate the value of fiber‑optic internet services and match customers with the right plan
- Maintain expert knowledge of all product offerings, promotions, and service features
- Provide field support, coaching, and informal training to help strengthen team performance
- Collaborate with marketing, business development, and operations teams on local campaigns and launches
- Track sales activity accurately to support reporting and KPI analysis
- Participate in community events, outreach efforts, and brand‑awareness initiatives
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and team activities to support shared goals
- Complete all administrative tasks in accordance with company policies

Qualifications
- 2+ years of door‑to‑door sales experience
- 1+ year of lead, supervisor, or manager experience — strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak English; Spanish is a plus
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, reliable personal vehicle, and a clean driving record
- Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively
- Self‑motivated, positive, and customer‑focused
Compensation & Benefits
- On‑Target Earnings: $100,000–$110,000 annually
- $55,000 base salary
- $45,000–$55,000 in commissions and bonuses
