🔧 Position Overview

Express Employment is seeking a Lead Floor Restoration Technician to oversee nightly floor‑care operations in a hospital setting. This role supervises 2–3 team members while also performing hands‑on work including stripping, prepping, and coating floors using specialized equipment.

This position begins part‑time with a clear path to full‑time for the right leader. We need someone dependable, responsible, and committed to high‑quality work.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of 2–3 floor restoration laborers

• Train, guide, and support team members during nightly shifts

• Perform floor‑care tasks: stripping, prepping, coating, and finishing

• Operate equipment including rollers and UV curing machines

• Ensure safety procedures and hospital protocols are followed

• Maintain quality standards and verify work completion

• Communicate nightly expectations and updates to management

• Work nights and weekends consistently

💪 Requirements

• Must be available Monday–Sunday, 7:00 PM–1:00 AM

• Previous experience in floor care, janitorial, or restoration preferred

• Leadership ability — able to direct and motivate a small team

• Ability to lift 50 lbs

• Reliable transportation

• Strong work ethic — shows up, cares, and takes responsibility

• Hard‑working, dependable, and able to follow and give direction

• Comfortable working in a hospital environment

• Willing to work nights and weekends
