📍 Location: Bend, OR 💵 Pay: $23/hour 🗓 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM 📌 Position Type: Assistant Role (Entry-level friendly – will train)

✨ About the Role

The Maintenance Tech Assistant supports the Maintenance Supervisor in ensuring the property is clean, safe, and fully prepared for residents. This role plays a key part in keeping the community well‑maintained, compliant with safety standards, and welcoming for new move‑ins.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• 🗑 Trash pickup throughout the property

• 🐕 Changing and restocking dog waste stations

• 🏡 Assisting with unit turns to prepare homes for new move‑ins

• 🔧 Supporting the Maintenance Supervisor with daily tasks and projects

• 🚶‍♂️ General property upkeep to maintain a clean and safe environment

📚 Experience

• Experience preferred but not required — we will train

• Ideal for someone eager to learn maintenance and property operations
