Sales Specialist
Location: Redmond, OR
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $22.00–$28.00 per hour
Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Sales Specialist to join our team. This role supports customers, processes orders, and helps ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations within our manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and support

Process orders, quotes, and shipments through our ERP system

Read and interpret basic prints

Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries

Maintain strong communication with internal teams

Support manufacturing and fabrication workflows as needed

Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly

Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships
Required Skills & Experience
-
2+ years of sales experience

Ability to read and understand basic prints
-
Basic computer proficiency
-
Understanding of basic manufacturing, mechanical, or fabrication processes

Agriculture, industrial, and/or automotive experience required
