Job Full Description

Are you a finance professional who enjoys turning complex data into actionable business insights? We’re seeking a Financial Analyst to support strategic decision-making through financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.  In this role, you’ll partner with stakeholders across the business, lead complex financial projects, and present recommendations that influence business performance. This is an opportunity to expand your strategic impact, improve processes, and build skills for future leadership opportunities.

What You’ll Do
•    Financial Reporting & Analysis: Review monthly, quarterly, and annual results; investigate variances; identify trends; and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
•    Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes, develop financial assumptions, evaluate projections, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
•    Operating & Capital Budgets: Coordinate budget activities with Retail Operations and Headquarters, evaluate submissions, and identify process improvements.
•    Strategic Financial Modeling: Lead ad hoc and scenario-based analyses, including ROI, NPV, IRR, and cost-benefit assessments, to support company-wide initiatives and executive decision-making.
•    Business Intelligence: Monitor company KPIs, industry trends, competitor performance, and macroeconomic conditions to identify opportunities and risks.
•    Leadership & Collaboration: Review others’ work, mentor team members, lead projects from start to finish, and build strong cross-functional relationships.

What You’ll Bring
•    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant financial planning and analysis or accounting experience. Equivalent education and experience will be considered.
•    Strong experience in financial reporting, financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
•    Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets.
•    Experience with Oracle EPM and Smart View, or similar financial planning and reporting systems.
•    Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial statement analysis.
•    Familiarity with ThoughtSpot, Tableau, or NetSuite is a plus.
•    Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently with minimal direction, and adapt to changing business needs.
•    A collaborative, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to mentor others and communicate financial insights to stakeholders at all levels, including executive management.

Why This Opportunity?
Take your finance career beyond the numbers. You’ll influence strategic business decisions, partner with leaders across the organization, and lead high-impact projects while developing your leadership capabilities.  If you combine financial expertise with strategic thinking and are ready for greater responsibility, we encourage you to apply!
