Customer Service Position!
Job Duties & Requirements (included but not limited to the following):
The Customer Service Representative will serve as a liaison between customers and manufacturing. Assist customers by providing one-call resolution to customer correspondence in a quick and orderly fashion via phone, email, and face-to-face. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Review, price, and route all customer correspondence and orders as appropriate based on standard protocol and need.
• Responsible for working with cross-functional departments in a highly matrixed organization to provide quick resolutions to customer queries and situations.
• Order entry, negotiations, clarification of problems, resolutions, root-cause analysis, scheduling, and triage orders for entry.
• Assures compliance with federal, state, local, and corporate governance policies, regulations and laws, AADG programs and policies, and the Code of Conduct
• Meet established productivity and quality goals
• Maintain lead-time goals
• Complete Correspondence Courses and other continuous learning activities as needed and assigned, including the development of product and systems knowledge
• Assume and expand responsibilities, as needed
