My background includes full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee training, workforce planning, and high-volume hiring, with experience placing over 5,000 associates and leading recruiting initiatives across multiple markets.  

I take pride in building strong relationships, delivering exceptional candidate and employee experiences, and creating hiring processes that are both efficient and people-focused. I believe great recruiting starts with listening, communication, and a genuine commitment to helping others succeed.

Outside of work, I’m a huge fan of music and movies, and you’ll usually find me spending time with my Pomeranian-Corgi mix, Nuggets, who keeps life fun and full of laughs
