Location: Nazareth Pa

Pay Rate: $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Saturday

Position Summary
The Line Lead is a mid-level production role responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations within a department. This position plays a key role in meeting production targets by managing workflow, supervising employees, and ensuring orders are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate daily production activities within assigned department

Supervise and support a team of 9–15 production employees

Ensure production goals, quality standards, and deadlines are met

Assign tasks and monitor workflow to maintain efficiency

Train, coach, and provide guidance to team members

Enforce safety policies and company procedures

Communicate production issues or staffing needs to management
Qualifications

Previous manufacturing or production experience required

Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and team leadership skills

Reliable attendance and flexibility with shift times

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required
