Dock Worker / Inventory Associate 2nd shift
Location: Easton, PA
Client: One of our top clients
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2nd shift- 12pm-8:30pm for 2 weeks then regular shift is 2pm – 10:30 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Dock Worker / Inventory Associate to support inventory control and dock operations at one of our top client facilities in Easton, Pennsylvania. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented warehouse professional with strong inventory experience and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Key Responsibilities

Perform inventory control functions including counts, audits, and reconciliations

Operate RF scanning systems to track inventory accurately

Support dock operations, including receiving and staging materials
-
Perform checks and balances to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance
-
Read, interpret, and use forms and visual instructions to complete work tasks

Communicate effectively with team members and leadership

Proactively anticipate issues and assist in resolving inventory discrepancies

Assist other warehouse departments as operational needs change
Qualifications
-
Minimum of 2+ years of inventory experience required

Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Proficient in operating RF scanning systems

Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in inventory processes

Steady and reliable work history

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Leadership experience is a plus

General Warehouse Associates may be assigned to assist other departments as needed

Flexibility to work overtime when business demands fluctuate

Ability to verbally and visually communicate effectively in a warehouse environment
