Job Full Description
Experience in Electro-Mechanical Assembly, welding, potting, winding
Coil Winding/Motor winding. Insulate and wind copper into various shapes and sizes
General mechanical operations
Use of hand tools/ Use measurement devices i.e., micrometers and calipers
Welding, brazing
Electrical test equipment.
Read Blueprints
Clean and deburr mold
Install coil in mold
Remove coil from mold, clean, deburr and repair
Install terminal block and lead terminals
Perform electrical, hydro and flow tests
Must be able to stand for extended per
2+ years of Strong Mechanical Aptitude and experience. Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach
Exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, fumes, chemicals
HS Diploma or equivalent. Able to life 50 pounds occasionally, crane assisted
