Pay: $20-$25/hour

Job Full Description

 

 CNC Lathe Programmer/Operator

Up to $25/Hr

1st & 2nd Shift

 

 Responsibilities:

1. Reads and interprets drawings
2. Determine all necessary machining strategies, operations, and tooling
3. Modify or create new programs for dual turret dual spindle lathes, using G-code
4. Set up and prove out new and repeat
5. Inspects parts for conformity to drawings and other specifications
6. Document setup instructions
7. Make improvements to existing programs, lowering cycle times
8. Completes jobs in a timely manner with little or no supervision
9. Train other CNC operators and set up personnel and establish best practices.

 

 Qualifications:

• Minimum of five (5) years experience programming and setup of CNC lathes with Fanuc
• Must have experience with twin turret twin spindle machines with milling capability and bar feeder
