Job Description – Baking Assistant & Retail AssociateFlexible Hours$16hrDutch Haven Shoo-Fly Pie Bakery & Gift Shop is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Baking Assistant & Retail Associate to support daily bakery and retail operations. This role includes assisting with pie preparation and baking, serving customers, operating the sales counter, stocking merchandise, and helping maintain a clean and welcoming environment.Responsibilities:Assist with baking preparation and production of pies and bakery itemsProvide friendly and professional customer serviceProcess retail sales and assist customers with purchasesStock shelves, displays, and bakery productsMaintain cleanliness and organization of work and retail areasAnswer customer questions and promote productsSupport team members with daily operational needsQualifications:Strong customer service and communication skillsReliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environmentAble to stand for extended periods and lift/stock products as neededPrevious retail, food service, or bakery experience is helpful but not requiredSchedule:Flexible shifts availableWeekend availability is requiredPart-time or full-time opportunities may be available
