Cutter
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Cutter to join our production team. This role is responsible for trimming and removing excess material from laminated products as they move through the production process. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, maintains attention to detail, and can safely perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities
Cut and trim excess material from laminated products on a production line.
Inspect materials to ensure quality standards are met.
Follow production schedules and meet established production goals.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Work efficiently as part of a team to keep production flowing smoothly.
Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Report material defects, equipment issues, or quality concerns to supervisors.
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
Strong attention to detail and dependability.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and repetitive movement.
Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing and production environment.
Schedule
Monday through Thursday: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Friday: Overtime as needed based on production demands
