Assembler
2nd Shift Mon-Fri 4pm-12am
$18hr
We’re hiring Assemblers for a well-established company in Lancaster, PA. In this role, you’ll be responsible for assembling cords, performing quality control checks, and conducting product testing to ensure top performance.
Essential Job Duties:
• Perform repetitive tasks using hand/wrist as well as bending/twisting
• Take precision measurements to ensure perfect fit of components
• Perform a variety of assembly and machine operator duties
• Produce quality finished power cords and wire harnesses
• Keep records of production quantities and time
• Ability to stand/sit for an 8-hour shift
• Work on machines and meet production orders.
• Read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures
Skills Required:
• Read a ruler/tape measurer
• Communicates effectively to ensure safety and maintain production goals.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition
• Ability to work fast as needed and learn new tasks
