About the Role We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Commercial Cleaner to maintain clean, safe, and professional environments across local office and warehouse facilities. In this role, you will play a crucial part in upholding high sanitation standards, ensuring that workspaces, break areas, and industrial facilities remain spotless and organized for daily operations. Key Responsibilities - General Cleaning: Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal across office spaces and warehouse floors.
- Sanitation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces, restrooms, locker rooms, and break rooms to maintain a healthy workspace.
- Facility Maintenance: Handle basic floor care, glass cleaning, and replenishment of restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow all established safety protocols, use cleaning chemicals and equipment properly, and report any facility maintenance issues to management.
Requirements & Qualifications - Work Ethic: Proven reliability, punctuality, and a strong, self-motivated work ethic.
- Experience: Prior experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or warehouse maintenance is a plus, but entry-level candidates with a strong drive are encouraged to apply.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 30–40 lbs as required throughout an active 10-hour shift.
