Customer Service Technician Location: Coatesville, PASalary: $50,000 - $60,000 per yearSchedule: Day ShiftTravel: Approximately 30% Domestic Travel (Occasional International Travel)Employment Type: Full-Time Join Our Customer Excellence Team We are seeking a motivated and mechanically inclined Customer Service Technician to serve as a key liaison between customers, engineering, and sales teams. In this role, you will provide post-sale technical support, troubleshooting, training, and maintenance assistance for specialized aviation refueling equipment and integrated systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working directly with customers, and traveling to support equipment in the field. What You'll Do Customer & Technical Support Provide phone and onsite technical support for aviation fueling equipment and systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues. Assist customers with maintenance, repairs, and warranty-related concerns. Serve as a trusted technical resource to ensure customer satisfaction and equipment reliability. Equipment Inspection & Training Perform pre-delivery quality control inspections on completed equipment. Conduct hands-on and classroom-style training for customer maintenance personnel and mechanics. Educate customers on proper operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures. Collaboration & Problem Solving Work closely with Engineering and Sales teams to resolve customer concerns. Document service activities, technical findings, and recommendations. Support continuous improvement initiatives and customer feedback efforts. Systems & Equipment Supported Aviation Fueling Systems Electrical Components CANbus Networks Air Valves Hydraulic Valves Air Brake Systems Qualifications Required Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Experience diagnosing mechanical and electrical systems. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new software systems. Valid driver's license and passport. Ability to pass background checks required for airport and military facility access. Preferred Experience in manufacturing, equipment service, automotive, heavy equipment, or technical customer support. Background in hydraulic, pneumatic, or electrical systems. Previous field service or customer-facing technical support experience.
