Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office & Commercial Cleaning Technician to provide high-quality cleaning services for office buildings, commercial facilities, and other business locations. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, maintains a professional attitude, and is committed to delivering a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients and employees.
Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
Dust furniture, desks, windowsills, and other surfaces
Vacuum carpets and rugs
Sweep, mop, and maintain hard-surface floors
Empty trash and recycling containers
Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces
Replenish restroom and kitchen supplies as needed
Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while on client sites
Qualifications
Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks
Dependable transportation to and from work locations
Ability to pass a background check if required
Strong work ethic and commitment to quality service
