Recruiter Job Type: Full-TimeDepartment: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process and help attract top talent across all levels of our organization. This role partners closely with supervisors, managers, directors, executive leadership, and other stakeholders to identify hiring needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They stay current on employment laws, recruiting best practices, and company hiring policies while building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition through onboarding. Partner with managers and department leaders to identify current and future hiring needs. Develop accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria. Create, post, and manage job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms. Source qualified candidates using job boards, networking, social media, referrals, and other recruiting methods. Screen applicants by reviewing resumes and conducting phone interviews. Coordinate and participate in interviews with hiring managers and leadership teams. Collaborate with hiring managers and HR throughout the offer process, including compensation recommendations, start dates, and offer details. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. Build and maintain relationships with staffing agencies and external recruiting partners. Represent the company at job fairs, hiring events, and community recruiting initiatives. Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding. Organize and facilitate hiring events. Maintain accurate recruiting records and applicant tracking data. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Experience Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Experience recruiting for multiple departments and varying levels of an organization preferred. Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Proven ability to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple openings. Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred. Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices. Working Conditions Frequent use of computers and standard office equipment. Ability to communicate effectively with employees, candidates, and leadership. Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment while managing multiple priorities. Work performed in a light to moderate noise office environment. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds. Ability to walk up to 400 yards between work and break areas. Ability to remain seated or stationary for extended periods throughout an 8-hour shift.
