$20hr 1st Shift
Mon-Thurs 6am-430pm
Position Summary Responsible for maintaining accurate product distribution and timely processing of customer orders to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This role involves physical inspection and scanning of customer inventory using a bar-coded scanning system, restocking product on a scheduled basis, organizing inventory on skids, and sorting fastener products. The position also supports customer relationships and collaborates with internal teams to resolve order and inventory issues. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform physical inspection and scanning of customer bins using a bar-coded scanner. Identify requested items, verify order completeness, note backorders, and confirm product conformance. Deliver and replenish customer inventory on a designated schedule. Inventory Management Identify, label, and stock incoming material while accurately recording inventory locations. Organize materials on skids to ensure efficient storage, accessibility, and safe handling. Sort, count, and organize fastener products according to part number, size, and specifications. Unload product at customer sites and replace depleted stock as required. Assist with inventory adjustments and cycle counts as needed. Team & Quality Support Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team-based problem-solving activities. Follow, understand, and actively support company policies, procedures, and work instructions as defined in the company quality system. Accept full responsibility for the quality of work performed and adherence to customer requirements. Additional Responsibilities Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or company leadership in support of overall operations and company success. Qualifications Ability to lift and move cartons weighing up to 50 pounds. Basic math skills with attention to detail. Ability to organize, sort, and accurately handle small parts such as fasteners.Overtime policy : OT every other Friday.
