Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations. This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, handling administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner. Process customer orders, requests, and service inquiries accurately. Maintain customer records and update databases. Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars as required. Prepare correspondence, reports, and other business documents. Perform data entry, filing, and document management. Monitor office supplies and coordinate inventory replenishment. Assist with invoice preparation, purchase orders, and basic administrative support. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently. Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information. Support office operations and perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. 1–3 years of customer service and/or administrative experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace. Experience with CRM systems is an advantage. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently. Professional attitude with strong problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of office procedures and record management.
