General Labor – Manufacturing – First Shift
Monday – Thursday 6:30 to 5pm
Location: Lancaster, PAShift: 1st ShiftPay: $19.00 - $21.00/hour (based on experience)
Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable General Laborer to join our manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in manufacturing—we are willing to train the right individual! In this role, you'll assist in our plasma cutting and band saw departments, helping ensure parts are processed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Pull finished parts from the plasma cutting table.
Clean, deburr, and prepare metal parts for the next stage of production.
Operate a band saw to cut metal parts to specifications (training provided).
Measure and inspect parts for accuracy.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Assist with other general shop duties as needed.
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to read a tape measure is preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
Comfortable standing, bending, and working in a manufacturing environment throughout the shift.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
