Production Associate - Loading & Unloading
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team. This full-time position is responsible for inspecting, loading, unloading, and packaging parts while maintaining quality standards and following established operating procedures. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety and quality.
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday through Friday
- 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect individual parts during the loading process for rust, damage, or material defects.
- Load parts using efficient and proper part-hanging methods.
- Unload parts and inspect for coating quality and any visible defects.
- Package finished products using proper packing materials.
- Band and wrap products securely to pallets or skids to prevent damage during transit.
- Follow all standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Assist in various production areas as training and experience allow, including:
- Primer Booth
- Topcoat Operations
- Blast Room
- Maintain a clean, organized, and productive work environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn and assist in multiple production areas.
- Prior manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred but not required.
