This position plays a key role in the construction of roof and floor trusses in a fast-paced, large-scale manufacturing environment. Candidates must have prior construction or framing experience and be comfortable working with hand and power tools.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble wood trusses according to blueprints and production specificationsOperate hand and power tools, including hammers, nail guns, and tape measuresRead and interpret basic construction drawings and measurementsWork efficiently in a high-volume production environmentMaintain a safe, organized, and clean workspaceFollow all company safety policies and quality standardsCollaborate with team members to meet production goalsRequired QualificationsConstruction or framing experience requiredAbility to accurately measure, cut, and assemble materialsExperience using hammers, nail guns, and measuring toolsMust provide own hammer and tape measureAbility to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasksAbility to lift and handle building materials as requiredDependable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shiftsWork EnvironmentIndoor manufacturing facilityFast-paced, team-oriented production settingNoise levels consistent with a production floor
