Landscaper
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Landscaper to join our growing team. In this role, you will help create and maintain attractive outdoor spaces for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality workmanship, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform lawn maintenance, including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing.
- Install and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, mulch, and sod.
- Complete pruning, planting, and seasonal landscape maintenance tasks.
- Assist with hardscape projects, including paver, stone, and landscape feature installations.
- Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Work effectively with team members to complete projects on time and to customer expectations.
Qualifications
Required
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Preferred
- Previous landscaping, lawn care, or outdoor labor experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Experience operating landscaping equipment and tools.
