Sewer / Production Team Member
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Are you detail-oriented, hands-on, and looking to grow your skills in a manufacturing environment? We are seeking a reliable Sewer / Production Team Member to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work with a variety of materials and custom projects while learning and developing sewing skills in a fast-paced production setting.
Responsibilities:
- Cut, measure, and prepare materials according to job specifications
- Follow work instructions and production requirements accurately
- Assist with sewing and assembly of finished products
- Package and prepare completed orders for shipment
- Maintain quality standards and attention to detail throughout the production process
- Work on a variety of projects involving different materials, products, and customer needs
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Qualifications:
- Previous sewing, manufacturing, textile, upholstery, or production experience preferred
- Ability to read measurements and follow detailed instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
