Machine OperatorLocation: Mount Joy, PAJoin Our TeamWe are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our growing production team in Mount Joy, PA. This role is ideal for individuals with experience operating industrial manufacturing equipment, a strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to producing high-quality products in a safe and efficient work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up, operate, and monitor steel fabrication equipment, including presses, shears, rollers, and other production machinery.Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to ensure accurate production specifications are met.Perform routine equipment inspections, preventative maintenance, and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.Conduct quality checks throughout the manufacturing process to verify products meet company and customer standards.Safely handle materials and finished products while following all workplace safety policies and procedures.Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.Collaborate with supervisors and team members to achieve production schedules and performance goals.Report equipment issues, production concerns, and safety hazards promptly.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and production documents.Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.Capable of lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.Dedication to maintaining a safe and productive workplace.
