Sewer / Production Team Member
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hourSchedule: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Are you detail-oriented, hands-on, and looking to grow your skills in a manufacturing environment? We are seeking a reliable Sewer / Production Team Member to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work with a variety of materials and custom projects while learning and developing sewing skills in a fast-paced production setting.
Responsibilities:
Cut, measure, and prepare materials according to job specifications
Follow work instructions and production requirements accurately
Assist with sewing and assembly of finished products
Package and prepare completed orders for shipment
Maintain quality standards and attention to detail throughout the production process
Work on a variety of projects involving different materials, products, and customer needs
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Qualifications:
Previous sewing, manufacturing, textile, upholstery, or production experience preferred
Ability to read measurements and follow detailed instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
