Production Associate-Candle Cleaner/Finisher – Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PMPay: $18.00 per hourLocation: Lancaster, PA
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This role focuses on supporting a fast-paced production line, contributing to the preparation and assembly of candle products. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with their hands, maintaining quality standards, and performing repetitive tasks while staying focused and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
Unload candle glass containers and prepare them for production
Clean and dry glassware to ensure quality and consistency
Set and secure wicks inside candle vessels with precision
Assist in various stages of the production line as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
Support team members and complete additional tasks as assigned
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods during the shift
Capable of lifting and moving materials as part of daily duties
Comfortable performing repetitive motions in a production setting
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
Prior production or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
