Job Summary A locally owned business in Lancaster County is seeking a hardworking and reliable Trailer & Tire Technician to join our shop floor in Leola, PA. This role is ideal for hands-on individuals looking for steady hours, abundant overtime opportunities, and a strong team environment working on trailers, tires, and heavy-duty transportation equipment. Key Responsibilities - Perform tire service, replacements, rotations, and pressure checks on trailers and heavy equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on trailer components.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues, including brakes, wheel assemblies, bearings, lighting, and electrical wiring.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment inside the shop.
Qualifications & Skills - Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using power tools and shop equipment.
- Prior experience with tire installation, mechanical repair, or trailer maintenance preferred (will train the right candidate).
- Ability to work independently, manage physical workload, and meet shop deadlines.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift.
