General Laborer
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assisting at the end of the production line by organizing finished products, preparing materials for shipment, and ensuring all products are properly wrapped, strapped, and labeled. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in producing quality work.
Key Responsibilities
Receive finished products at the end of the production line.
Organize, stack, and prepare products for shipping or storage.
Wrap products using protective materials to ensure safe transport.
Secure products with straps and packaging materials according to company standards.
Apply labels and verify product information for accuracy.
Perform visual quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
Work closely with team members to maintain production flow and meet daily goals.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
Frequent lifting, bending, twisting, reaching, and repetitive movements.
Ability to handle large products and materials safely.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with production equipment.
Schedule
Monday through Thursday: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Friday: Overtime as needed based on production demands
