Machine Operator-Mixer/Pre-Mixer
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Location: Production Facility
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Machine Operator to operate and monitor production equipment while maintaining safety, quality, and production standards. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and committed to working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment.
- Ensure products meet quality and safety standards.
- Complete production records and required documentation.
- Verify product specifications and production schedules.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist other production departments as needed.
- Participate in safety meetings and follow all company safety procedures.
- Report equipment, product, or process issues promptly.
- Operate a forklift (or obtain certification).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift.
- Stand, walk, bend, and move continuously during the workday.
- Climb stairs, ladders, and catwalks as needed.
- Ability to work in a production/manufacturing environment
