Are you an experienced Warehouse Associate with forklift experience looking for a stable, full-time opportunity? We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our warehouse team in Lancaster, PA. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in warehouse operations, material handling, shipping and receiving, inventory organization, forklift operation, loading trucks, and general warehouse labor.

Key Responsibilities
Organize and maintain warehouse inventory for efficient storage and retrieval
Safely operate a forklift to move, stack, transport, and stage materials
Load trucks with bulk orders accurately and efficiently
Assist with receiving, unloading, and staging incoming shipments
Verify materials and ensure products are handled carefully to prevent damage
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies
Assist with additional warehouse, shipping, and material-handling duties as assigned
Qualifications
Previous forklift operating experience required
Previous warehouse, distribution, material handling, or shipping and receiving experience preferred
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
