Production Associate
Location: Rankin, PA
Pay: $17.00 per hour (Potential for $23.00+ per hour upon permanent hire)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Overtime: Optional and Available
Position Summary
We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Associates to join a growing manufacturing team in Rankin, PA. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing and production.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply insulation materials to metal products during the manufacturing process.
- Assist with the movement and handling of metal materials.
- Work safely around overhead cranes and production equipment.
- Perform general labor and production support duties.
- Follow production procedures and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
- Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.
- Manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or general labor experience is a plus.
- Forklift experience is beneficial but not required.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.

Compensation & Benefits
