Property Maintenance Workers (Multiple Openings)
Property Maintenance Pay: Up to $25 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Express Employment Professionals is hiring Property Maintenance Workers on behalf of several of our clients in the Pittsburgh area. We currently have multiple Property Maintenance Technician and Property Maintenance Worker opportunities available with local companies.
These Property Maintenance positions involve maintaining residential and commercial properties, performing repairs, and completing general property maintenance work. The ideal Property Maintenance Worker will be comfortable working independently and handling a variety of maintenance tasks.
Pay: $20 - $25 per hour depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine property maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial buildings
- Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues as part of daily property maintenance duties
- Conduct inspections to identify property maintenance needs and prevent future issues
- Repair drywall, flooring, doors, windows, and other structural components
- Complete painting, caulking, and cosmetic repairs to maintain property appearance
- Assist with general property maintenance tasks, minor repairs, and upkeep
- Work independently to complete property maintenance work orders and service requests
- Complete tasks efficiently while maintaining high property maintenance standards
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property maintenance, building maintenance, or general maintenance work preferred
- Ability to complete basic property maintenance repairs including drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a property maintenance role
- Ability to complete maintenance tasks efficiently and safely
- Attention to detail and pride in quality property maintenance work
- Valid driver’s license required
