Production Laborer
Swissvale, PA
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable Production Laborer to support manufacturing operations in a
fast-paced industrial environment. This position involves assisting with production equipment,
loading materials, maintaining a safe work area, and supporting plant operations. Candidates must
be comfortable working in high-temperature conditions and flexible with schedule requirements.
Position Details
• Starting Pay: $16.92 per hour
• Initial Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Transitions to 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM after hire
• Weekends and holidays required
• Full-time opportunity
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with preparation and operation of industrial production equipment.
• Load raw materials into equipment while following safety procedures.
• Monitor operating conditions and production processes.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic equipment maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Support production operators and team members as needed.
• Assist with general labor and manufacturing duties throughout the facility.
Qualifications
• Ability and willingness to work in high-temperature environments.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical labor for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Previous industrial, manufacturing, foundry, or production experience is a plus but not required.

• Ability to work in warm and physically demanding conditions.
• Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, bend, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
