Landscape Foreman
Position Summary
Lead landscape installation and maintenance crews for a well-established family-owned company
serving the Pittsburgh area.
Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise landscape crews.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials.
• Ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule.
• Train and mentor crew members.
• Maintain quality standards and job site organization.
• Complete assigned training modules and maintain professionalism.
Qualifications
• Landscape installation and maintenance experience required.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver license required.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
Compensation & Benefits
• Up to $28.00/hour based on experience.
• 4-day work week (Tuesday-Friday).
• Work 36 hours and get paid for 40 with perfect attendance.
• Year-end bonus, paid sick days, health benefits, 401(k) match, training and advancement
