Call Center Representative
Monday-Friday | Day Shift
Position Summary
• Provide customer support to taxpayers and business owners in a fast-paced call center
environment. Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to email
inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and delivering excellent customer service while following
established procedures and security protocols.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality customer service via telephone.
• Respond to taxpayer and business owner inquiries.
• Manage and respond to email inquiries.
• Perform outbound calls for account verification and follow-up.
• Document customer interactions and update account records in real time.
• Follow all department policies, security procedures, and local tax regulations.
• Maintain accurate records within internal databases.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Stay informed of process updates and policy changes.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous call center or high-volume customer service experience required.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to learn and navigate multiple software systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are highly desirable.
