Production Associate

Pay: $15.00/hour | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
• Assist with production and assembly operations.
• Learn vinyl bending processes and production techniques.
• Prepare finished products for shipment.
• Follow assembly instructions and production specifications.
• Operate machinery and equipment safely.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support production goals in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
• Manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to learn new processes and follow instructions.
Physical Requirements
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
• Ability to perform repetitive production tasks.
