Base Salary + Uncapped Commission | Remote | High-Growth Opportunity

?? What You’ll Do

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within healthcare markets

Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders

Present staffing solutions through meetings, calls, and proposals

Negotiate contracts and close new business to meet or exceed sales targets

Develop and execute strategic plans to grow accounts and revenue

Track activity, pipeline, and performance in a CRM system

Monitor market trends and competitor activity

Represent the organization at networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences

Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and sales strategies
? What We’re Looking For

3+ years of business development or sales experience (healthcare preferred)

Experience working at both corporate and facility levels

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently

CRM experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office

Willingness to travel (up to 80%)
