Job Description:
- Create Bill of Ladings for orders shipping to customers
- Establish loads for over the road shipment
- Typical loads:
- Multiple drops per trailer
- Partial trailers
- Hotshot/5th wheel trailers
- Containers for international shipment
- Post loads on external load boards
- Coordinate shipments with drivers and customers
- Liaison between OTR drivers, customers, and sales offices
- Invoice orders once shipped for Accounts Payable.
Desired Skills:
- Basic Word & Excel knowledge
- Ability to batch orders together for efficient delivery routes
- Ability to work with a team environment
- Detail oriented
