Position: Plumber.
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
Pay: Based on Experience.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to providing top-notch service to our clients. This full-time position requires working a four-day week with 10-hour shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
Inspect plumbing systems, identify issues, and provide effective solutions.
Read blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal, and water supply systems.
Troubleshoot and repair pipe and pipeline systems, including leaks and clogs.
Install and maintain water heaters, pumps, and other plumbing-related equipment.
Collaborate with contractors, construction workers, electricians, and other trades to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.
Perform regular maintenance and emergency repairs efficiently and effectively.
Ensure all work complies with local and national plumbing codes and regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service, including explaining complex issues to clients in an understandable manner.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a plumber, with a solid understanding of plumbing systems and processes.
Valid plumbing license (if required by state or local regulations).
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Familiarity with plumbing tools and equipment.
Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces and at heights.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
