Business Development Manager

Meet Shelly Brown, our Business Development Manager, who has been an integral part of the Express Spartanburg team since June 2018. Proudly born and raised in Spartanburg, she continues to call this area home. Shelly is an alumna of Boiling Springs High School and pursued Early Childhood Education at Converse College.

Married to Josh, Shelly is a dedicated mother of five children, ranging from 17 to 26 years old. Outside of work, she enjoys embarking on road trips with her husband, actively supporting her children in their diverse activities, and passionately cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers!

Senior Employment Specialist 

Introducing Debbie Harris, our Senior Employment Specialist, who brings 18 years of experience with Express to the table. Before joining Express, Debbie dedicated 19 years to a Utility company in Ohio.

Her enduring passion for helping people has steered her career towards the staffing industry, where she strives to enhance the quality of life for associates by connecting them with the best employment opportunities. Beyond the office, Debbie channels her enthusiasm into baking and cooking, showcasing her skills outside the realm of work.

Employment Specialist 

Meet Josh Greene, a valuable member of our team since March 2022. Leveraging his extensive background in management and customer service, Josh excels in building relationships with associates and attracting highly skilled candidates to our office. Proudly born and raised in the vibrant city of Spartanburg, he is a graduate of Dorman High School and went to Winthrop University. Outside of work, Josh is an enthusiastic music lover and concert-goer, and cherishes moments with his beloved Bernese Mountain Dog, Hook.

Kaytlin Snider

Front Office Coordinator

Meet Kaytlin Snider, an Inman native with a strong work ethic and a natural passion for helping people. After graduating from Chapman High School, she studied psychology at the College of Charleston, where she developed a deeper understanding of communication and human behavior.

Her background in customer service has strengthened her ability to connect with others, and her experiences abroad—studying in England and later teaching English in South Korea—have given her a broad, global perspective.

When she’s not working, Kaytlin loves traveling and exploring cafés wherever she goes. She’s always looking for new places to discover and the perfect cup of coffee, bringing curiosity and enthusiasm into everything she does.
