Job Full Description
3rd Shift Production-Textile
Pay: $20/hr during training | $21/hr once moved to 3rd shift
Schedule:
-
Training (4 weeks): Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (1st Shift)

Regular Shift: Tuesday–Saturday, 12:00 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. (3rd Shift)
Location: Spartanburg, SC
Responsibilities:
-
Operate textile machinery in accordance with company procedures
-
Monitor machine output and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality

Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment

Keep work area clean and organized

Follow all safety guidelines and protocols
Requirements:
-
Prior machine or production experience in textiles is required
-
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic

Willingness to train on 1st shift before moving to 3rd shift
