Job Title: Automobile Mechanic
Location: Spartanburg, SC
Pay: $23–$25/hr (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Automobile Mechanic to join a reputable repair shop in Spartanburg, SC, specializing in European model vehicles. This position is ideal for a technician with strong diagnostic and repair skills, particularly in engine control and electrical systems. You'll begin as an hourly employee through Express and have the opportunity to move into a paid-per-job compensation structure once hired on permanently.
Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair European model cars (e.g., BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Volkswagen, etc.)

Perform work related to engine control systems and electrical issues

Read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics

Utilize diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems accurately

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Work efficiently to meet quality and productivity expectations
Requirements:

Previous mechanic experience required

Experience working with European vehicles is strongly preferred

Must have a solid understanding of automotive electrical systems
